Love this practice! I had a recent exam at Pasadena Smiles and was in need of a crown. I was referred to Dr. Koutchek for an earlier appointment. She was so warm and friendly and worked to make sure that I was well taken care of. She is very gentle and has an excellent bedside manner. The crown she placed looks completely natural and fits perfectly. I was so impressed with her work! The front office staff and dental technicians are all super helpful and friendly! Let me start off by saying that I am absolutely terrified of the dentist. I'm sure most people are too but I was so traumatized by an experience I had when I was a teenager/early 20's that I haven't been back to see a dentist in a while. Needless to say my teeth were bad. I mean REALLY bad. I needed a re-treat on a root canal, a couple crowns, fillings and a deep cleaning. So as you can imagine I was not only scared but incredibly embarrassed to see a dentist after so long.

So after putting off seeing a dentist for so long and part of one tooth missing, which was so painful I had no choice but to go in. I mean, orajel and Tylenol weren't even taking the edge off anymore. I knew it was time to bite the bullet and find a new dentist.

When I walked in I was so nervous. I hadn't been to a dentist in so long I didn't know what to expect. When I was called into the office I told April how bad my teeth were and not to judge me before I even opened my mouth. But she assured me that I was going to be okay and that I would be cared for like family. Since I hadn't seen a dentist in so long I hadn't even thought about dental insurance and coverage. But April was so helpful talking to me about all the different insurances and also told me that if I don't have insurance that the doctor would offer me insurance prices until I could get dental insurance!!! What a relief!

I was then seated by the sweetest assistant, Krystal! She then took some xrays of my mouth and talked with me for a short while until Dr. Koutchek came in. And let me say, Dr. Koutchek is the most gentle and kind dentist I've ever met!!! She made me feel so at ease about my current oral situation. She told me that my tooth that was hurting needed a root canal and then a crown but that it was smart of me to come in before it got worse! So we worked out a game plan to get all my work done before the end of next year and allowed me to pay for my crown half that day and half during the crown delivery in 2 weeks!!!

My root canal was so smooth and pain free I was surprised she even did anything!!! I couldn't feel a thing!!! What a blessing! And Krystal was so kind and supportive to me! I can't stress how caring and wonderful this office is and how professional they are.

All I can say is that the staff here are absolutely FANTASTIC!!!! Super-friendly, non-judgmental and excellent at what they do. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I have definitely found my go to dentist from now on. Thank you so much ladies. From the bottom of my heart.

I have been a bit traumatized in the past with other dentists in LA. I am so happy that a friend turned me on to mission dental. Not only is their office spotless ( I'm a bit of a clean freak) but they're SO gentle. I was always terrified of cleanings and x-rays, because past dentists would be so abrasive but Dr. Koutchek and her assistant were both so gentle. It was such a pleasant experience.
I'm not one for too many reviews, but since I've had such a hard time finding an affordable (I don't have dental coverage), gentle care, a friendly, helpful stuff and a knowledgeable doctor I had to post.
I highly recommendation Mission Dental. I'm excited to go back!

It is the Fourth of July and I was in horrible pain with a tooth that gave me trouble when I ate. Dr. Spero is so caring, answered the call right away and went into his office on a holiday. X-rays were taken and the issue was quickly and painlessly resolved. I am so grateful!!! I highly recommend.

Dr and the staff are always very friendly and nice. I've been coming to Mission Dental for a few years, and they never let me down. I had to change insurances over the years. They have worked with my plans, and informed me as well about my plans and benefits. They are honest and upfront, and that is what I love about these people. Five stars aren't enough for this place. I really appreciate you guys. Just have to add that this time I was overdue for my cleaning, but they were such professionals. I got the most thorough cleaning by Dr Koutchek and staff, it feels so great to get back on the track. I promise I come back on time. Thank you again. Also I read some of the negative reviews. Please don't be discouraged by some of these comments. Some people are never satisfied no meter what you do for them. Thank you again.

My family has been going to mission dental for a couple years now and we've received nothing but excellent service. The past year I had quite a few appointments due to having undergone the six month smile program. Every appointment was a friendly, accommodating, and efficient experience. Dr Koutcheck is the most focused, attentive dentist I've ever had and the whole staff is helpful and professional. I always felt like I was in good hands.
I recently completed my orthodontics treatment and I have already gotten a couple compliments from people who didn't even know I had braces. The procedure only took about half a year and I couldn't be happier with my results. I feel very lucky to have come across this dentist.

My son had an emergency wisdom tooth extraction on a Sunday. We were lucky enough to find Mission Dental. Dr Spero took care of it in a professional, quick, way with no pain! Both he and Dr Koutchek were there and explained everything that was going to happen. We are now true believers of the two of them and are officially switching dentists to them! Dr Spero is awesome! Late Saturday night I broke a tooth. I searched the web and found Dr Spero at Mission Dental. I called the emergency number and Dr Spero picked up and made arrangements to see me early Sunday. He opened the office and shortly after dawn solved my problem.

Can I just talk about how amazing this place is! I was suffering from an impacted wisdom tooth for about a month. I have crappy insurance and everyone I called had a ridiculous waitlist, but not mission dental. My sister called and asked if they could see me because I was in so much pain, and they told her to bring me in as soon as possible. Safe to say two hours after that phone call, I no longer had to worry about that stupid tooth. Their service is impeccable!! Clean, kind, and patient! The dentist who handled my nightmare sang the whole time she worked on me which I found very relaxing. When I was all done she gave me proper instructions for care and sent me on my way. Later that evening I received a phone call from the dentist asking how I was feeling and even suggested what would be okay to eat for dinner. I LOVE THIS PLACE! Best service ever!!

I had such a pleasant time here, And who can say that about their dentist office? A root canal just sounds horrible and my experience here made everything so easy and painless. Everyone was so friendly! During the process things got intense and she asked if I needed a few seconds. The pain wasn't bad at all, but it was a little intense. I really appreciated that!
